Our cables are used in the land mobile communications industry connecting combiners, filters, transmitters and receivers, linking them to antennae systems, C and Ku band satellite uplink and downlink systems as well as a vast assortment of test cables. We manufacture to your individual requirements under our laboratory controlled environment.

Exterior application cable assemblies are fitted with Raychem Thermofit adhesive lined, flexible, Polyolefin shrink tubing to 'Bond' the cable/connector junction, meeting the MIL-l-23050 standard.

Additionally, each cable assembly kit includes two strips of Scotch 23, rubber splicing tape and Teflon Gel packs to completely seal and weather proof the connector junctions. This can be accomplished without the use of tools.

Rigorous quality control is integrated into our production process to guarantee that each cable assembly will perform from it's first use, and throughout it's service life. Physical "pull tests" and electrical continuity tests are part of our QC program for every cable assembly. Pin depth calibration for N-Male connectors are held within +/- .0010 military specifications.
